报告内容： Code-based public key cryptography has received more and more attention due to its resistance to quantum attacks and call for post-quantum public key cryptography by NIST. In this talk, we focus on the NIST submissions based on hardness of syndrome decoding problem, and study the characteristics of these code-based schemes, i.e., three encryption methods, three important involving code classes, and three difficult problems.

报告人简历：  王丽萍，女，中国科学院大学网络空间安全学院岗位教授，中国科学院信息工程研究所研究员，博士生导师。2003年获中国科技大学应用数学博士学位，2003―2006年在新加坡国立大学博士后，2006年―2011年为清华大学高等研究院副研究员，2011年至今在中国科学院信息工程研究所工作，期间2014年－2016年在美国加州大学尔湾分校做访问学者。主要研究方向是密码理论和技术， 在重要国际会议和国际期刊发表论文60余篇，主持或参与多项国家重要科技项目。
