报告摘要：Bollobas and Gyarfas conjectured that for any integers k,n with , every 2-edge-coloring of the complete graph on n vertices leads to a k -connected monochromatic subgraph with at least n-2k+2 vertices. We find a counterexample with , thus disproving the conjecture, and we show the conclusion holds for when . This is joint work Chunlok Lo and Hehui Wu.

报告人简历：谢齐沁，上海大学理学院数学系讲师。2019年博士毕业于美国佐治亚理工学院，导师为郁星星教授。毕业后至2021年在复旦大学上海数学中心从事博士后研究工作，导师为吴河辉教授。主要研究方向为图论。在Journal of Graph Theory等国际期刊以及SODA等国际会议发表论文7篇。曾入选中国博士后国（境）外交流计划引进项目，主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金1项。
